Palletline is pleased to welcome Shoreline as a new member to its expanding pallet network.
Based in Thatcham, Berkshire Shoreline is seeking to diversify its business by introducing palletised distribution as part of its portfolio. Shoreline also specialises in the transportation of boats throughout the UK and Europe.
Shoreline’s proven customer service driven ideologies make them an ideal partner to join the Palletline Network. Its experienced team has developed a large client base serving the RG postal code area. The team pride themselves on being reactive to customer needs providing a service to be proud of.
“Due to the seasonal nature of the boat market, it made sense for the business to expand to palletised distribution”, said Paul White, Managing Director of Shoreline. “The palletised distribution services we provide with Palletline offers an exciting new business development for Shoreline and presents an excellent opportunity for growth.”
Paul brings an exponential level of experience to this partnership having previously built up a successful family transport company, which was also a Palletline member before he sold the business in 2016. Joining Shoreline in 2019, Paul brings many significant clients to the new partnership from his long history in the industry.
Shoreline currently operates 16 vehicles with a total of 22 employees, 11 of which have joined the company since partnering with Palletline in August 2022. The business offers a variety of different services including full loads, groupage, general and bespoke haulage along with specialist transport solutions, ideal for abnormal and specialist loads.
Shoreline is on course for a sizable expansion with a new 8,000 sq. ft building currently in the planning stages with a further 10,000 sq. ft of canopy space included in the plan, providing a platform for continued growth.
