Almost 50 years ago, Mick Masters responded to an
advertisement in a local paper for a part time courier to do daily runs in a van between Bedfordshire and London.
Today, Miniclipper Logistics has evolved into an award winning 3PL with 140 employees, 300 customers, 4 warehouses and 40 rigid and articulated vehicles…and they aren’t stopping there, with ambitious growth plans and realising their grandfather’s dream of continuing his legacy, the third generation of the Masters family, Matthew and Beth have recently joined the business, having gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in logistics roles at blue chip companies since leaving university.
This is an exciting time for the company; their ongoing investment programme has enabled Miniclipper to start planning for a new 100,000 sq. ft facility in 2020, upgrading IT software and equipment and launching a number of rebranding projects including a new look website and a bespoke set of ‘50th Anniversary’ cab wraps for 11 new vehicles.
