How to login to the Members Area
for the first time
The following steps are how you reset your password ready to login for the first time. After you have done these steps you will just need to log in when asked with your details.
Step 3: Enter your details
To reset your password we will need to send you a link. Please enter the username or email address associated with your account and press ‘Request Password Reset’.
Step 4: Press the link in your email inbox
Check your email inbox. You should have had an email that looks like the one here. Press the link to reset your password.
Step 5: Enter a new password
The link in the email will open a page that looks like this. You will now need to enter a new password, and to be sure you have typed it correctly you will be asked to do it twice.
Also, the password will need to meet a medium strength in security to be able to be used. You will see this indicated as you type in your new password.
Once you have done this press on ‘Update Password’.
Step 6: Login
You should now be logged in tot he site. However, if you have not been redirect or need to login again in the future you will need to go to the Members area and use your new details to login.
