Graham joined Palletline as Group Managing Director in January 2015. Previously he was on the group board of Palletline member ARR Craib heading up their distribution business, which included the Palletline operation.
Graham’s specialism is network distribution and he has over 30 years’ experience in the Logistics and Transport industry. He has held directorships with a number of high profile companies covering various market sectors including publishing and network road freight. His remits have been both operational and commercial ranging from managing a group of regional newspapers to running a large national and European distribution hub.
Outside of work, Graham is a keen cyclist and has a huge interest in anything related to cars.
Glenn joined Palletline in April 2015 as Head of Strategic Development and was appointed Network Director in May 2016. Glenn is responsible for the strategic relationship with Members which includes risk management, retention and recruitment. He has many years’ experience in transport and pallet networks ranging from running his own business as a member of a network to senior management roles in the sector.
The highlight of Glenn’s career since joining Palletline has been the recruitment of a significant number of new members to the network enabling the reduction in caretaker costs.
Outside of Palletline Glenn enjoys spending time with his young family, taking them to watch his favourite football team (Sunderland) and has recently completed an overhaul of the garden at his home.
Kirsten joined the Palletline team as Executive Personal Assistant, in September 2020, and is responsible for the smooth running of the Executive Office. She has over 20 years’ experience working as a Senior PA in a number of Blue-Chip Companies.
Away from Palletline, when she is not travelling, you will find her in the swimming pool or out walking her two Golden Retrievers.
Richard joined Palletline in November 2019 and is responsible for overseeing operation for all hubs.
Richard has worked within the pallet distribution industry for over 21 years, having held positions as General Operations Manager at Pallet Force and Pall-Ex.
Outside of Palletline, Richard enjoys teaching boxing and football.
During his career Paul has worked in a variety of roles and industries including Network Distribution, Third Party Logistics, Hazardous Waste and Fuel Distribution.
Outside of work Paul enjoys spending weekends with his two sons, Adam and Josh. As an Arsenal supporter he’s finding more time to improve his cooking skills, get back into running and develop his DIY skills on the house he has just moved into.
Marcus joined Palletline in September 2019 and is responsible for the business IT provision.
Marcus has worked within the IT industry for over 19 years, having held positions as Director of IT at other parcel carriers and worked his way up in the business utilising his knowledge of systems and understanding customer requirements and expectations.
The highlight of Marcus’s career prior Palletline has been managing development teams to revolutionise systems and provide functionality such as real-time tracking and a complete “self-serve” solution for both delivery point and customer usage.
Outside of Palletline Marcus enjoys watching his favourite football team Wolves play and travelling.
Harpreet joined Palletline in July 2015 and is responsible for strategic planning, operating and business modelling analysis, defining processes and design and technical business analysis. Harpreet has worked in his field of expertise for 9 years, having held positions as a Project and Regional Management Accountant and Finance Business Partner Analyst prior to Palletline.
A highlight of Harpreet’s career has been the opening of our Coventry hub, helping to analyse all of the data flows, bringing the hub online, reducing trunking distances for members in the area and increasing capacity in the Network.
Outside of work, Harpreet and his wife have set up a not-for-profit organisation for parents of twins and multiple births in the local area.
Kevin joined Palletline in March 2015 and is responsible for managing the finance team and producing timely financial information. Kevin has worked in this field of expertise for 27 years, previously spending 10 years as Financial Controller at TNA Europe Ltd.
The highlight of Kevin’s career is going from a junior position at Foseco (FS) Ltd, to where he is today and passing his CIMA exams along the way.
Outside of Palletline, Kevin enjoys playing hockey which he has done for 28 years.

Steve joined Palletline in December 2020 as Regional General Manager for the South East and was promoted in 2022 to Head of Commercial. This role sees him working closely with members, prospects and clients to continuously grow network volumes and identify strategic commercial opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland.
Steve has been involved in the Transport Sector for past 34 years and held management positions in commercial and operational roles.
Outside of work Steve enjoys spending time with his family, socialising and playing golf. For his sins he’s a Birmingham City football fan.
Jon joined Palletline in September 2018 and is responsible for strategic management and development in the North. Jon has worked within the parcel and pallet distribution industry for over 23 years. Having held positions within depot management and regional operations in the parcel industry he later moved to the pallet network sector to manage an Edinburgh Depot and Scottish Hub for a pallet network before taking on the role of Regional General Manager for the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.
The highlight of Jon’s career so far is having a role which allows him to work directly with members enabling him to gain further experience and knowledge from both large and small businesses.
Outside of Palletline, Jon enjoys playing five-a-side football and completing 5-10k runs.
Lynsey joined Palletline in December 2015 and is responsible for strategic management and development in the Midlands. Lynsey has 25 years experience in the industry, having previously held roles as Business Manager, Depot Principal and Business Development Manager.
The highlight of Lynsey’s career prior to Palletline is winning both Business Development Manager of the year award and Business Manager of the year award.
Outside of Palletline, Lynsey enjoys spending time with her family.
Stuart joined Palletline in August 2014 and is responsible for ensuring network compliance, assisting depots with operational issues, driving performance and maintaining the high standards of Palletline. Stuart has 10 years’ experience in the industry, having previously held roles as a Depot Manager for Orb Logistics and sub-contractor Depot Palletline Birmingham.
The highlight of Stuarts career so far was to increase turnover for Orb Logistics within a 2-year period.
Outside of Palletline, Stuart enjoys the gym, spending time with his family and participating in several sports activities.
John joined Palletline in December 2015 and is responsible for ensuring network compliance, assisting depots with operational issues, driving performance and maintaining the high standards of Palletline. John has 26 years’ experience in the industry, having previously held roles as General Manager and Owner Operator of Franchise Amtrak Express Parcels GU postcodes.
The highlight of John’s career so far was to triple the turnover at Jardine Logistics and take them to Platinum status in under 2 years.
Outside of Palletline, John enjoys archaeology, history and constitutional politics.
Jason joined Palletline in 2021 as a Network Manager and is responsible for driving KPIs, monitoring compliance and supporting his network members. Following a career in Finance Jason has 13 years experience within the industry, recently spending a number of years with Treasure Transport.
The highlight of Jason’s career so far is designing and implementing a financial asset recovery system that was rolled out across the globe linking thousands of colleagues together and exponentially increasing debt recovery.
In his spare time Jason enjoys going to the gym, camping, field archery and generally spending time outdoors as much as possible with his family.
Jenny joined Palletline at the age of 21, in November 2015 as Network Services Administrator and worked closely with the Members ensuring Charter compliance. She moved into the Business Information team in December 2019 before being promoted to Network Service Manager in March 2022. Jenny is responsible for ensuring network compliance, assisting depots with operational issues, driving performance and maintaining the high standards of Palletline across the membership in the West Midlands.
When she’s not working, she loves spending precious moments with her family and son – particularly nurturing his passion for animals by exploring zoos and safari parks together.
Terry joined Palletline in March 2017 and is responsible for ensuring network compliance, assisting depots with operational issues, driving performance and maintaining the high standards of Palletline. Terry has 16 years’ experience in the industry, having previously held roles as Network Compliance Manager at City Link.
The highlight of Terry’s career so far was to save £2.2 million on reducing warehouse costs in 2015 for City Link.
Outside of Palletline, Terry enjoys the gym, socialising and walking his dog.
Jade joined Palletline in January 2015 and is responsible for ensuring network compliance, assisting depots with operational issues, driving performance and maintaining the high standards of Palletline. Jade has 7 years’ experience in the industry, having previously held roles as Customer Service Manager at Palletline London.
The highlight of Jade’s career is her continuous progression from being in a temporary role.
Outside of Palletline, Jade enjoys reading psychology books, walking up to 26.3 miles and is currently studying Reiki.
Kirsten joined Palletline in February 2014 and is responsible for ensuring that Palletline are offering a smooth service in regard to the Preferred Carrier Amazon account, whilst maintaining a relationship with the team at Amazon. Also, creating and implementing processes for input and delivery members who send freight into the Amazon Fulfilment Centres. Kirsten has 6 years’ experience in the industry, having previously held the role of Senior Key Accounts Co-ordinator.
The highlight of Kirsten’s career so far has been seeing the processes she has implemented making a positive impact on Palletline delivery service.
Outside of Palletline, Kirsten enjoys spending time friends and family and touring Scottish castles/historic sites.
Ken joined Palletline in July 2006 and is responsible for health, safety and environmental management. Ken has worked in his field of expertise for 17 years, having previously held positions as a Health and Safety Coordinator, Shift Manager and Senior Team Leader.
The highlight of Ken’s career so far is winning the Motor Transport Award for Safety in Operation for Palletline in 2013, 2015 and 2017.
Outside of Palletline, Ken enjoys weight training and spending time with his family.
Andrea joined the Palletline team in April 2021 and is responsible for the business’ marketing strategy and implementation.
She has worked in marketing for more than 12 years, starting her career in the manufacturing industry before moving into the pallet network sector nearly eight years ago. She has a background of building brand awareness and lead generation through digital marketing, PR, advertising, and promotional campaigns and will support the network to drive brand visibility and growth.
Outside of work she likes travel, live music and spending time with friends and family.
