Palletline Ltd help develop the next generation of talent


Palletline Ltd, the 100% member owned network are investing towards young talent, to help develop the future of the company.  Working together with Juniper Training, we have designed an outstanding training programme at our Birmingham Hub that will provide our new Apprentices with valuable experience for their future careers within the logistics industry.

Juniper Training are an independent training provider who offer 16-24 year olds with opportunities to obtain the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to progress onto either Apprenticeships, Employment or Further Education. Juniper are an Ofsted rated GOOD provider who support over 2000 students per year, via our Study Programme, Vocational Pathways, Traineeships and Apprenticeship provision. 

Kerry Kilgallon, Apprenticeship Employment Engagement Officer commented, “Juniper Training are thrilled to announce their partnership in delivering apprenticeship provision for Palletline following a recommendation. Palletline are helping to develop the next generation and creating a fantastic opportunity for young adults.”

The vacancies were advertised on the National Apprenticeship Service, of which over 100 applications were received. Applicants were then shortlisted and interviewed, with initial diagnostics completed in line with Juniper’s recruitment process. As a result, we are proud to announce the successful recruitment of 4 Apprentice Warehouse Operative’s.
