Here at Palletline we recognise that a strong business is built on quality and consistency – so staff that stay for the duration are genuinely the reason for Palletline’s continued success. As such, we would like to take the opportunity to thank Mark Wincott who is celebrating 15 years with Palletline and Andy Loughlin-Smith and Ken Lawrence who are celebrating 20 years with Palletline.
Mark joined Palletline back in June 2002 as an FLT Operative, he then progressed onto Team Leader and finally onto his current role as Section Leader. Mark is considered as an enthusiastic member of the night shift, and quite the comedian who keeps everyone entertained. Andy joined Palletline back in June 1997 as a Yard Controller and has successfully progressed through the ranks to Team Leader and then onto his current role as Operations Manager Nights, Inbound and Processing. Andy has a wealth of knowledge gained throughout his 20 years’ and is always on hand to help depots with queries especially in relation to Contrado and is often described as ‘consistent and reliable’. Ken joined Palletline back in January 1997 as an FLT Operative and has since progressed onto his current role as Night Hub Supervisor. Ken is always willing to help the night shift team in any way that he can and due to his knowledge, Ken has conducted numerous Hub tours for new employees and members. Ken’s approach to health and safety is commendable, as he continuously ensures that the FLT’s follow the correct processes.
