Here at Palletline we recognise that a strong business is built on quality and consistency – so staff who stay for the duration are genuinely the reason for Palletline’s continued success. As such, we would like to take the opportunity to thank Lee Morton and John Bradley who are both celebrating 15 years with Palletline and Rob Carney who is celebrating 10 years with Palletline. Having a combined service of 40 years is extremely impressive for a business that was established in 1992.
Lee joined Palletline back in October 2003 as a QC Operative and was later promoted to QC Section Leader in 2010. In 2015 Lee was again promoted to Operations Manager Nights, a position he held for 3 years before being promoted this year to Hub Manager at Palletline’s latest regional Hub in Coventry. Lee has contributed significantly to the successful opening and running of Palletline’s latest Hub.
John joined the Palletline night operation in October 2003 as a FLT Operative. John now works during the day shift in the QC department, always helping to ensure the shift runs smoothly. Rob joined Palletline in October 2008, 3 weeks before Palletline moved to its current premises on Starley Way, to look after the site and the facilities department as the Facilities Manager. Rob and his team do a fantastic job of looking after the Birmingham and Coventry sites.
