“We believe in the Member Owned concept and the benefits it brings. Having been a member of a network that was sold, we witnessed how this seemed to have an adverse effect on attitudes and service. Since joining Palletline service levels have improved dramatically, phone calls have reduced and service failures as well as damages are now rare. Everyone seems to want to work with you and help where they can. Now instead of receiving Customer Complaints we have Customers telling us how good the service is and how glad they are we made the move.”
