Palletline operates a bar code based track and trace system, scanning each pallet up to 5 times during its journey:
Scan 1 - Collection depot scan
Scan 2 - Arrival at hub
Scan 3 - Exit hub
Scan 4 - Arrival at delivery depot
Scan 5 - Onto delivery vehicle

Contact your Palletline member company for an up to date status of your pallets.

In addition Palletline also provides online access to your Proof of Delivery images by 1200 the working day after delivery. To take advantage of this service you need to register, so simply contact your Palletline member company.
