Palletline Expands Network Services Team
Palletline continues to invest in the strength and experience of its management team with the announcement of two key appointments made in support of Palletline Member Companies and their customers across the UK.
Taking up a new role as General Manager Network Services is Sue Hodgson, who joined the Palletline team last year, and has already made a significant contribution to the operation. Sue now assumes responsibility for customer and Member Company support, together with monitoring Palletline’s stringent compliance and quality standards throughout the network.
Michael Giulianotti joins Palletline as Regional Network Support Manager, focusing on the Palletline operation in Scotland and Ireland. Michael brings a wealth of experience in this sector and an in-depth understanding of the particular commercial and operational challenges facing Member Companies in these areas.
Once a driver for Roadferry, Michael has extensive experience across the industry, working latterly as a transport manager for a leading distribution company with responsibility for day to day operational issues, sales and customer support.
Michael has already been responsible for the successful integration of two new Member Companies in his area, supporting them through the transitional period and working in close cooperation to increase local awareness of the Palletline service and generate new business opportunities.
Both appointments are integral to Palletline’s ongoing strategy, which is built around further network development and providing qualified assistance to Member Companies in terms of both compliance and commercial activities.
The objective is to ensure that each company is equipped to provide optimum service levels on behalf of the network. Associated advantages include benefiting from the Palletline association in terms of increased volumes and contribution to overall efficiency and expertise.
