House Of James Joins Palletline Network

Palletline continues to expand its network with the recruitment of York based House of James as its new member for the YO post code areas. House of James represent the fourth new member to the Palletline network in recent months and brings Palletline’s total number of depots to around 60.

House of James is a long established distribution business with a reputation for high quality service. It operates a modern fleet from a new, 50,000 sq. ft warehouse complex, recently constructed on the outskirts of York. It is the first time House of James have been involved in a pallet system and Managing Director, Simon Gill explained, “We had tended to steer clear of systems because of our focus on service quality and concerns that it would be difficult to retain that ethos in a pallet system. Palletline changed our mind. There is such an obvious common commitment to service that we were happy to make the move and our early experience suggests that the decision will be good for us and good for our customers.”
