Palletline was rated highest for ‘overall service’ in the 2005 Triangle UK Express Pallet Distribution Survey.
The survey has been carried out annually by Triangle Management Services for the last three years and has rapidly become established as the leading independent benchmark of service standards in the pallet industry.

The UK Express Pallet Distribution Survey is a major industry satisfaction survey of 300-plus users of palletised distribution networks and includes both the specialist pallet networks and those express parcels carriers with an interest in palletised shipments. It is based on the long running UK Parcels Distribution Survey which is the benchmarking standard for the express parcels industry.
