PUTTING THE FOCUS ON COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Following the move last year to new Central Hub premises and the successful delivery of a totally new operational model for palletised distribution processes, Palletline Plc continues to invest in professionalism, experience and vision for the future with the appointment of Nikki Dawson as General Manager for Commercial Development.

Nikki brings to Palletline a wealth of logistics-related industry experience in areas including retail and reverse logistics, two-man home delivery and 3PL management. Additional experience in customer services and IT roles further enhances her understanding of the sector.

Her remit at Palletline focuses on the wider aspects of commercial development, with Nikki assuming responsibility for inter-network relationships including managing existing Member Company performance and ongoing network development, identifying and introducing new organisations capable of making real contributions to the established Palletline system.

Nikki is extremely motivated by her new role. "I have a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an experienced team of high achievers to deliver the identified strategy of Palletline into the future. We plan to make full use of Palletline's unique ownership structure to design and implement new services and innovations which will influence the ongoing development of the pallet delivery sector as a whole," she commented.
