ARR Craib Transport Joins the Palletline Team

Pallet distribution specialist Palletline continues to develop its profile and capacity north of the border with the appointment of ARR Craib Transport Ltd, joining the network to cover the Grampian and Tayside areas.

ARR Craib Transport Ltd is recognised as a leading provider of road transport and transportation services, with an innovative and customer-focused approach which closely reflects Palletline’s own operational ethos.

Established over two decades ago, the company is one of the largest privately-owned road transport companies in the UK, operating more than 200 vehicles and 450 trailers controlled from bases and distribution hubs at Aberdeen, Cumbernauld and Eaglescliffe.

Joining Palletline is ARR Craib’s first venture into the pallet network sector, and Managing Director Eddie Anderson is clear about the potential of this decision for his business. “We recognise that customers are looking for transport partners who will add value to their business. Changes in the industry and changes in our own business profile meant the time was right for us to take this step, expanding our services to customers and opening up new areas for growth.”

The decision to join Palletline was based on the network’s established reputation for quality and reliability in this field. “We already had excellent experiences of Palletline service levels as a customer,” confirmed Eddie. “The technological innovations implemented by Palletline this year enable us to further enhance quality control and freight visibility for our own customers. In addition, being a shareholder member of a network appeals more than other network operational models.”
